ARLINGTON- When Stratton Mountain School and Twin Valley meet in boys’ varsity soccer, fans and players can count on two things: the play on the field will be fast and it will be physical.  Tuesday’s  match in the first round of the John Werner Memorial Tournament proved no different as the Wildcats outlasted the Bears for a 2-1 win.
“It was a nail biter,” said Twin Valley coach Buddy Hayford. “Going into the match we knew it was going to be tough. Stratton always tends to be bigger, faster, stronger than  us. They’ve got a little bit of everything.”
