Pickleball club holds fundraiser tournament
The Southern Vermont Pickleball Club hosted the Quad State Challenge tournament May 16 to 18. Matches were played at the club in West Dover and, due to some rainy weather, indoors at Stratton Mountain. The tournament raised more than $5,000 for the Vermont Make-A-Wish program. Teams from Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York competed. The team from Vermont took home the title and bragging rights until next year.
