Fishing derby set for May 17
JACKSONVILLE - The Deerfield Valley Lions Club annual fishing derby will be held on Saturday, May 17, from 9 to 11 am at the Whitingham Municipal Center, at 2948 Vermont Route 100. The brook will be stocked by the Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife. Barbecue lunch provided to all participants and their families, and there will be prizes.
