Halifax man charged with cruelty to a child
HALIFAX- Police charged Kerri Nicholas, 32, of Halifax, with cruelty to a child resulting in serious bodily injury following an investigation of an incident in October 2019. The Vermont State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation responded to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for a report of a child at their child advocacy protection program unit with injuries consisted with abuse on October 25. Nicholas was released on conditions and ordered to appear in Windham Superior Court to answer the charges.
