Woman seeks $50 million after fall from platform

BURLINGTON- A Rhode Island woman is seeking $50 million in damages from Mount Snow and Vail Resorts in a suit filed in federal court last week.  
Faith Keresztessy, of Coventry, RI, accuses Mount Snow and Vail Resorts of negligence for failing to take steps to prevent a fall from a platform on the Sundance Triple chairlift that damaged her spinal cord and left her a paraplegic.
