Study group dips its toe in the water

DOVER- The selectboard’s municipal water task force held their first meeting Wednesday evening, kicking off what chair Patrick Lagrange said could be a 10-year effort to create a public water supply in Dover.
The committee started its meeting by electing Lagrange chair, Randy Capitani as vice chair, and Alan Block as secretary.  Lagrange opened by thanking committee members for agreeing to serve.
“This is going to be something that will be a significant lift in terms of time and organization,” he said.  “And, on behalf of the town, I certainly appreciate it.”
