Chimney Hill’s plea to owners: Don’t pack houses beyond septic capacity
WILMINGTON - In its August 1 newsletter, the Chimney Hill Owners Association sent out a grave warning. Short-term rental occupancy must comport with the capacity of a house’s septic system. If septic systems are overstretched, and if they fail, they could threaten the development’s entire privately-operated water system.
