State rep not optimistic on funding, sounds alarm on ADM challenges

DOVER - At Monday’s meeting of the River Valleys Unified Union School District, board member Rep. Laura Sibilia said she is not optimistic that there will be movement on fixing the state’s pupil weighting system during the Legislature’s current emergency session, and she sounded the alarm about confusion around how average daily membership (ADM) will be handled in light of COVID-19.
