Owner of boarded-up building seeking permit to renovate
3 and 5 East Main Street
WILMINGTON- Members of the development board met with Eric Silverstein on Monday, May 15, for a hearing on his proposed restoration project for his buildings at 3 and 5 East Main Street.
In his application and brief discussion with DRB members, Silverstein said he plans to restore both buildings to their historical 1960s Greek Revival configuration, meaning there will be no significant changes to their current facades.
