New Wahoo’s owner to try year-round operation
WILMINGTON - Under its new ownership, Wahoo’s may not just be a summertime spot. Owner Michael DeJulio is in the process of staffing up for fall, with a hope to stay open in the winter.
DeJulio told The Deerfield Valley News this week that he’s already kept the restaurant open longer than usual — typically it closes for the season after Labor Day. Currently, he said, he has staff scheduled through Indigenous Peoples Day.
