BURLINGTON- A New Jersey couple are demanding a jury trial in a lawsuit filed against Mount Snow in the US District Court for Vermont last month.
The couple are seeking an unspecified amount of compensation in excess of a $75,000 federal minimum jurisdictional requirement, claiming Mount Snow’s negligence led to a slip and fall injury that resulted in multiple surgeries requiring ongoing physical therapy, pain and suffering, and permanent “symptoms” resulting from the ordeal.
