MONTPELIER- Gov. Phil Scott held his weekly press conference at U-32 Middle and High School Wednesday, a school where, as he noted, he was once a student teacher.
“It hasn’t changed a whole lot,” Gov. Scott said, “although the students look younger than I remember.”
