Governor reiterates calls for safety

MONTPELIER- Gov. Phil Scott implored Vermonters to follow state COVID-19 at his briefing Tuesday morning, and announced additional mitigation measures to keep schools open. 
Gov. Scott said the state lost two more Vermonters to COVID-19 since his last briefing on Friday.  He read an email from the family of Mary Pat Brown, a mother of six from Bristol who died after contracting COVID-19.
