Electric bus revived; camp cancellation questioned
DOVER - At its regular meeting on Tuesday, April 22, the River Valleys Unified Union School District Board announced that it received funding for an electric bus.
In addition, board members questioned why the district’s summer camp programming was canceled without their knowledge. The matter will be discussed at the board’s next regular meeting.
Board member Dwight Boerem said he had received word from the EPA that the board’s application for an electric bus had been approved.
