SOUTHERN VERMONT- Many Vermonters may have found that this spring’s cool, damp weather has resulted in an abundance of spring mushrooms.
Social media is full of posts from people finding edible varieties in their backyards or on strolls through the woods this spring. One of the most common finds this year are morel mushrooms, prized as a delicacy for their rich, earthy taste.
