Board supports 5K, approves banner language
Dover and Wilmington will be getting new banners to hang along roads. Above is a draft concept for the two towns. The final banners will be modified slightly for Dover.
DOVER - At its meeting on Tuesday, March 18, the Dover Selectboard approved the use of 1% funds to support an upcoming 5K event at Farm Road Estates. In addition, the board heard about potential dishwasher repairs at town hall; agreed to review feedback about how it uses its 1% funds from resident Jim McDevitt; and agreed to forgo its wording policy for new banners in the town, which will read “Dover,” instead of, “Dover, Vermont.”
