Flood lines erasure spurs flurry of support from locals and visitors alike
WILMINGTON - Town manager Scott Tucker said that once the emails started coming in, they just kept coming. 
The subject? The flood lines on Wilmington’s Town Hall.
The building is in the process of being repainted. Some may have assumed that the flood lines, which note the height of flood waters in the center of town during two separate floods, one in 1938 and one in 2011, would be repainted. Apparently, that was not the plan.
