Pet food drive a howling success
To the Editor,
Many of our neighbors in the Deerfield Valley find themselves in need of some extra food to supplement what they can afford. Sometimes we forget that their pets might be in need as well.
In order to address this issue, the Windham Disaster Animal Response Team organized a pet food drive at Shaw’s in April. The donations were given to the Deerfield Valley Food Pantry for distribution.
