Ancient Greece inspires circus
BRATTLEBORO- Watch the New England Center for Circus Arts Youth Performance Troupe shine as they explore the myths of ancient Greece in “CircusNEXT: Myths of Circus.”
Together they’ll soar and fall with Icarus, climb and twist with Medusa and her sisters, and go on a journey through time with other stories and characters. This show was conceived and created by NECCA’s Intermediate and Advanced Youth Troupe, and this is their first in-person production since the pandemic started. Any child interested in learning more about circus arts may be inspired by watching their peers soar and fly.
“Circus of Myths” premiers Sunday, May 15, at 1 pm at NECCA’s Trapezium, tickets by donation. Advance reservations required at CircusSchool.org. For more information call (802) 254-9780.
