An isolated flash rainstorm created havoc in Wilmington, causing flooding, erosion, and even a motor vehicle accident when the driver of a pickup crashed into the front door of Bartleby’s Books. The storm made many local residents anxious, coming almost exactly two years after Tropical Storm Irene.
