Wilmington resident Jake White was featured after completing his 100th climb of Haystack in 2010. White said he set his goal in June, and climbed the mountain about 25 times in October in an effort to reach 100 climbs before hunting season. White estimated he had climbed Haystack more than 250 times over his lifetime – so far - and planned to keep hiking.
