Humane society hosts holiday toy drive

BRATTLEBORO - The Windham County Humane Society is in desperate need of a variety of new dog and cat toys to keep shelter pets’ spirits bright as they wait for their new family. The pet toy drive will run until Friday, December 24. People can drop off new pet toys at the shelter, 916 West River Road, or at One Stop Country Pet Supply. Toys bought at One Stop for the shelter receive 30% off.
Popular toys include: Kongs, Nylabone chew toys, plush toys, feather wands, crinkle balls, and catnip mice. Monetary donations are also accepted. For more information visit windhamcountyhumane.org.
