With Town Meeting more than a week into the rear view mirror, there has been some time to reflect on what took place in local communities last week.  Sometimes it’s difficult to ferret out what voters were thinking when they decided what they decided.  This year doesn’t appear to be one of those “Why on Earth did they do that?” kind of years. Voters were decisive and clear in what they approved and disapproved of.
