Monday’s meeting with the Wilmington Planning Commission, selectboard, and members of the public was ostensibly to talk about the proposed changes to Wilmington’s flood hazard regulations. There was certainly plenty of talk, with concerns being raised about a host of issues in the new regulations (see story in this edition)
