BRATTLEBORO - Windham & Windsor Housing Trust will host a virtual lunch-and-learn information session on the shared equity down payment assistance program Thursday, April 24, from 12 to 1 pm.
It will include such topics as how much assistance is available, how the program works, the eligibility requirements, and a review of the program’s pros and cons.  Home ownership specialists Kayla Bernier-Wright and Ana Mejia will present. Questions may be submitted in advance or asked during the session. The session will be recorded.
