DOVER- When Tracy Bartels took over the general manager’s job at Mount Snow in early April, to say the transition was unusual is a big understatement. After all, the mountain had been shut down on March 15 after the coronavirus pandemic was declared, people around the valley were reeling from the COVID-19-related deaths of popular twin brothers and Mount Snow groomers Leon and Cleon Boyd, and most businesses across the region and state had been shut down to help reduce the spread of the virus.
