Actors wanted for “Harvey”

SOUTHERN VERMONT- The Southern Vermont Players, under the direction of Bob DuCharme, will hold auditions for the Mary Chase comedy “Harvey,” her Pulitzer Prize-winning play. It will be presented at Memorial Hall Center for the Arts in Wilmington July 29, 30, 31, and August 5, 6, and 7.

Auditions will take place Monday, May 3, at 7 pm, in the Brattleboro Savings and Loan community room. The bank is located on Main Street in Brattleboro, across from the library. The entrance to the community room is through the back door under the ATM portico.

Auditions will also take place on Wednesday, May 5, and Thursday, May 6, both at 7 pm, in the Twin Valley High School music room in Wilmington.

There are 12 roles to be filled: six men and six women. No experience is required to audition. Anyone who would like to work on props, set crew, painting or as a rehearsal assistant should also attend.
