Now that Town Meeting is behind us, I would like to congratulate Susie Haughwout on winning the two year selectboard seat and wish her the best as she begins her second term.
Many, many thanks to all my supporters who rallied around me during my write-in campaign. Although I fell on the ice and broke my wrist the Wednesday before Town Meeting, the momentum of my whirlwind campaign never stopped, thanks to these determined people. Also, thank you to the 241 people who took the time to write in my name.
I hope all of you enjoyed the experience as much as I did. Let’s do it again next year (with a signed petition and healed wrist!).
