To the Editor:

In honor of the late Glen Frank, 12 local ladies ran the Green Mountain Relay this Father’s Day weekend. The Frank Footers successfully completed the challenging 200-mile, 36-hour course through our home state.

The Frank Footers would like to thank our community for its support in our fundraising efforts benefiting the William and Ian Frank College Fund, sons of Glen. Many local businesses and residents helped in a variety of ways to make our efforts a huge success.

The power of a small community with a big heart has truly amazed each of us and we are grateful to be surrounded by such caring and generous neighbors.
